Shipping Methods
We offer fast, affordable delivery on every order. Depending on which of our products you choose, we use express or a shipping company to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. You will receive an notification email before items being ship.
Shipping Rates Order Confirmation
Delivery charges depend on order amount.
Orders Over $1500: $89 required
Orders Between $1 and $1,500: A flat fee of $69 applies.

Shipping & Delivery Times
Our lead times vary depending on the shipping options chosen. Once the item is shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. While we aim to deliver your order within 10 days under most circumstances, please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or supply chain disruptions. We recommend allowing extra time for delivery during peak seasons or unforeseen events.
Track & Delivery
Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with information with information such as tracking number, estimated arrival date, package quantity, etc. If the package takes too long beyond the estimated arrival date, please contact us in time.
Shipping Address Changes Missing Parts Or Faulty Item
If you need to change your address after placing an order, please email us at service@rifezza.com ASAP to make sure we edit the info in our system before it ships. Keep in mind that once your shipment is on the way, it gets a lot more complicated to reroute it. That being said, we’ll do our best to assist. However, you may be responsible for rerouting charges.The goods leave our warehouse in perfect condition and are protected from damage during transport.

Please check the packaging before opening it and photograph any external damage. If you encounter damage or defects, take photos of the issue (including packaging) and email them to service@rifezza.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll address the issue promptly.
