Starting a Return Process
Proof of Purchase
To validate the return, please provide any of the following information:
- Valid Order Number
- Take photos of items including the Rifezza logo and product label
- Email address used at the time of purchase
We are unable to accept any items for return or exchange without proof of purchase.
14-Day Return Policy & Proof of Purchase
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Please review the terms and conditions below for details on the return process and associated responsibilities:
Conditions for Returns
1. Defective or Damaged Products
- If a product is defective or damaged upon delivery, you may return it for a partial refund
- While Rifezza will waive restocking fees for such returns, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
2. Returns for Other Reasons
For returns not related to product defects or damages, the following restocking fees will apply:
- 10% of the order amount for items in well-preserved original packaging.
- 20% of the order amount for items with damaged or missing packaging, up to a maximum fee of USD 250.
All return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Return Process
To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:
1. Initiate the Return
Contact our customer service team via email at service@rifezza.com.
Provide your order details, including:
- Valid order number
- Photos of the item showing the Rifezza logo and product label
- Email address used for the purchase
2. Receive Return Instructions
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, our team will provide instructions on how to ship the item back to our designated warehouse.
3. Prepare the Item for Return
Ensure the product is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
4. Inspection and Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, less applicable fees.
Important Notes
- Returns or exchanges cannot be processed without valid proof of purchase
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including returns due to defects or damages.
- Rifezza is not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping; we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.
- Custom or final-sale items are not eligible for return.

Keep the original Packaging
Within the 14-day return period, original packaging is required for returns.
Please return the items in the original packaging, which is designed carefully to avoid shipping damages. Returns made without the original packaging may be subject to additional costs, which are to be subtracted from your refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are ineligible for return, including:
- Clearance items
- Customized items
- Items damaged by man-made or violent acts
- Items you have already assembled
Upon receiving your order, kindly inspect your products carefully for any damages. All quality-related issues must be reported within 14 days of receiving your items. Cases submitted after this timeframe may not be accepted and will be subjected to shipping fees.
Refund
Once your order arrives back at our warehouse, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 48 hours of confirmation that the shipping carrier is in possession of your return. After that it’s up to your bank to credit your account.

Prepare for Return: When preparing the item for return, package it exactly as it was received, following the carrier’s guidelines.
How To Initiate A Return?
You can begin with contacting our Customer Care team at service@rifezza.com with order number. We will negotiate about the details upon the receipt of your message. Rifezza will either send a return shipping label or schedule a return pickup. Rifezza reserves the right to choose the method of return.
